We will work out a solution or immediately offer a replacement or a refund. Most items are covered under the manufactures warranty. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.)

Large items once shipped cannot be canceled, if so you will be charged return shipping charges and it's not cheap! I apologize but it's the manufacture's policy. When we or the manufacture receives the item back in stock, we will refund you.
